Hi there, I just came across this forum, having recently started my search for an Exmoor pony.
I have recently retired my elderly Mare (not an Exmoor) and am looking for another pony for myself. I love the M&M breeds and am considering having an Exmoor pony. I am based in Derby. Looking forward to exploring this forum!

Hi and a big welcome to the forum. Very glad to hear you are considering the possibility of an Exmoor . Have you an age, sex etc in mind?

Hi and a big welcome to the forum. Very glad to hear you are considering the possibility of an Exmoor . Have you an age, sex etc in mind? Hi there, not really, I'm open to any suggestions! I don't mind a Mare or a Gelding. Age wise, I'm not looking for a youngster, but more of a 'been there done it' type. Mainly I would like a fun, forward going hacking pony, but if suitable, would like to go to the odd local show. Thanks Nic

Hello and welcome. I hope we can find you a suitable pony - I think we have several members close to you. It's often tricky finding a been there and done it Exmoor (compared to other breeds) as most people won't let them go! I'm sure once you've had an Exmoor, there will be no going back, they are the best. If you want inspiration, please feel free to open a new topic and I'm sure our members will relish the excuse to show off what our Exmoors can do.
