Hi, i can't work out how to post pictures! feeling a bit dim right now as its probably really obvious but i can't work it out! thank you  |

Took me a while too, but hopefully can help. You need to upload pictures to photobucket.... www.photobucket.com then once on there copy and paste the ![]() code (including the ![]() at either end!!) which will appear in one of the wee boxes under the photo. Good luck! Let me know if this doesn't work for you. |

I can post pics on using that method but can't give myself a custom Avatar for my profile using it ---- when I try to copy & paste nothing comes up-- Help please  |

To put up an avatar, you need to use the direct URL code (ie. not the ![]() one). If you put this directly into the avatar box in your profile, it should work. However it is advised to upload a second copy of the photo you want to use onto photobucket - a copy that you can shrink to a small enough size (photobucket's resize tools give an avatar as a standard setting I believe). |

Hi Elizabeth, I went to my Photobucket images & found a small one already resized that I used on the old Forum. I clicked on "share" & then " Get Link Codes" I clicked on the URL link code & copied it & pasted it into my Avatar box on my profile, but still nothing showed up when I submitted changes. I am feeling very silly I must be doing something wrong still! Sorry - am I using another wrong code ? Help again please!! Val |

Hi Val I just followed Elizabeth's instructions and finally made it work, been trying ages, so thanks Elizabeth. I used the second option down on photobucket link codes if that is any help

Here are some hints for putting up your avatar photo.
1. Download your print onto Photobucket.
2.Click 'share' under print.
3.Click link code.
4.Click on ? next thumbnail image.
5.Go back to image page, scroll down and click on'feed for contents, then copy & paste url code for thumbnails.
I KNOW this works. I spent THREE HOURS TRYING.
